I officially started my new job by myself today. The girl I was replacing her last 1/2 day was today. AAAHHH! It is so crazy busy. We are getting ready to go to a family reunion in Arkansas for the 4th of July. We leave on Friday for the 7 hour trip. Then my mom will be in town the next weekend for my Birthday. There is a Peach Festival that weekend that we are going to. Should be yummy.

We lost our minds yesterday.....Alex and I went to test drive the new 2008 Honda Accords....Well we came home with a silver one. I have been driving around my little 1999 Red Honda Civic forever....It just passed 201,000 miles on it and we knew that we were going to need something more dependable and bigger pretty soon. We also wanted something that got good gas mileage so we would not have to keep filling up our $90 per tank gas guzzling monster of a Tahoe to travel around town...(that one will stay parked for a while).

The Accord will get the same gas mileage as my Civic but allow us some leg room.
I will miss my little red car....I think it was crying when I left it in the lot......but the new one is so cute as Taylor would say.

Anyone looking for an inexpensive dinner? Monday nights at Johnny Carino's is family night. You can get appetizers for 1/2 price and family portions for the price of a single dinner. Alex, Taylor and I had drinks, bread, salad, cheese sticks and spaghetti (even left overs for tonight) for only $20.

I took Taylor back to the dr. today (fever and complaining about her ears). She has double ear infections. Looks like we will be going to the ENT again next week. (wonder if I can get a refund on the old tubes..still paying on them)

Miss T got some knee pads, elbow pads and helmet this weekend. She is wearing her favorite shirt "the hump back whale"

Look at the eye injury she gave her daddy. Sat. night they were wrestling on the floor...she accidental put her finger in his eye. I took this picture this evening.....makes me nauseous to look at it.

Alex had a BD party on the 7th. We had a pool party for him at Poppa's and this great Razorback cake. Thanks Aunt Adrienne

Went to the Dr. again today. I have Graves Disease. Treatments are medication and or radiation. I am going with the medication first. I go back for tests in 6 weeks to see if the medication is working. Dr. said about 50% of the time the medicine works and you don't have to opt for radiation. I want to be that 50%.


Taylor did a nasty thing this weekend. (Unfortunately, we have not been so successful with the potty lately.) She took off her poop diaper and handed it to Daddy. YUCK!!! We ran her to the bathroom to avoid a nasty mess. I cannot believe she did not get it anywhere. We keep bribing her to use the potty like a big girl...Oh well one day she will.

The other pictures are of us at the Rangers game. They had a Harding night again this year. It was so hot. Poor Taylor when she is hot she just sweats from her head. She enjoyed playing ball with Daddy.
