Taylor went to the ENT this past week. One tube is blocked but they want to wait to replace it. If she begins to have more problems then they will go in and replace them.

More tests for me Thursday and Friday. I have a thyroid scan on Thursday and a radiation iodine test on Thursday and Friday. So ready to get this all over with and feel 100% again.

We had a great time this past weekend. We walked on the riverwalk in San Antonio and went to Sea World. Taylor got to see the "hump back whale" as she called it. It was actually the killer whale. It was so hot. We would like to go back sometime in February or March when the weather is nicer. Don't know what her face is about in this picture

Sorry I have not blogged in a while. We have not been feeling well here at the Hale house. I have been having some medical issues going on...not sure what it is I have been having some tests run. Taylor went to the Dr. yesterday. After 6 months of no ear infections and no antibiotics we find out that one of her ears is totally blocked. They cannot even tell if the tube is still in that ear. So we are back on antibiotics. I hope that we don't have to have another tube put back in. I am still paying on the old one. I have to say that she was a changed girl when we had the original ones in November. I would do it again in a heartbeat.

We leave for San Antonio in a little over two weeks. Yeah!!! We are excited. The Sea World commercial came on today and Taylor said "Daddy I want to go to Sea World and see that whale." We will soon.

Sorry I have not blogged in a while. Taylor got sick Friday night and I was ill on Saturday. This picture was taken at the Fort Worth Arts Festival on 04/20/08. It was hot..as you can see from her sweaty head...but she loved dancing to the music.

We just had a bad storm come thru. I have posted some pictures of the hail. Look at the big pile of hail that fell. It looked like someone had dumped out a huge cooler full of ice. This pile of hail fell in a matter of seconds. Taylor said "rain go away."

We went to the zoo this morning. They had a special event for members only to view the penguin exhibit. Taylor loved them. We were about 2 feet from a live penguin. She called them "pengin." Of course I forgot my camera to take a picture. Alex had to ref so we did not get to stay long. She and I went to see Alex's last game and Taylor wanted to run onto the field and be with "daddy..playing soccer."
